高雄．親設計，就愛來續攤！

港都，由重變輕

一場擁抱熱情、陽光、活力的設計嘉年華會，即將發生在高雄。延續KDF08的主題「愛」，DAT（中華民國設計師協會）再度和高雄市政府攜手合作，這次，創意能量將藉由「PORTABLE」的輕概念，漫延到每一位參展者心中。從KDF本身的原創性觀點出發，與高雄在地文化、建設相結合，我們可以深切感受到：高雄，正在改變。延續藍領的踏實精神，她正由亞洲前五名的重機工港，努力蛻變為世界級的文化港灣。

時代，脈動不息

創意的世紀，就是現在。德國有DESIGNMAI，英國有The London Design Festival，日本有Tokyo Designer's week。設計生活，已然成為當前的經濟產業軟趨勢；全球品牌視野，更是不可或缺的軟實力。而蓄積已久的本土設計能量，也正亟待引爆。現在，我們可以大聲說：台灣，有KDF！KDF09'， PORTABLE，不僅象徵了設計／創意於生活中無所不在，最重要的：它可以隨身攜帶，人人都可以隨時享用。當國際級設計大師，與台灣設計新銳相遇，世代交錯剎那，又會擦出什麼樣的火光？讓設計「動」起來，何必等到下一個百年，創造未來的時機，就是現在。

這次，KDF09'會帶給人們什麼不一樣的驚奇？創意、藝術之間的衝撞，往往會爆出熱力十足的烈燄。高雄，也將帶起一波波新的在地設計浪潮，而參與其中的我們，定會深深引以為傲。因為我們可以看到，一座創藝生光的文化之城，正在亞洲開始發亮，而這閃耀的光芒，將會照耀整個世界，引燃更多更美妙的設計光點。歡迎呼朋引伴，痛快飲用一杯又一杯的創藝調酒！

在全球產業發展的趨勢中，設計應是能讓台灣產業升級，提升城市文化創造力、促進經濟軟實力的一項有力工具；好的設計可以讓原本重工的高雄，擁有創意機動力，打造屬於自己的品牌經濟價值。

設計來續攤！透過設計節第二年的舉辦，我們可以很自信的說，一步一腳印，打造不同價值的港都高雄(Port)，我們一定能(able)！

塗鴉競技場Graffiti Show

將高雄海洋首都的氛圍，與文化創意及設計相結合，融入街頭塗鴉創作藝術，舉辦現場塗鴉表演，吸引大眾參與並了解塗鴉藝術，融入生活美學，促成整體活動行銷，活絡並豐富高雄城市文化論述，將邀請南台灣著名的塗鴉寫手DZUSONE參與現場塗鴉秀，將舉行2場，歡迎愛好街頭藝術的青年朋友共襄盛舉。

活力滿點的港都高雄，處處充滿著誘發創作的因子，而音樂創作與設計文化的發展，更需要從此城市中小規模獨立自主的文化活動生態來做觀察，獨立創作的活絡已經成為城市活力的重要指標。

2009年高雄設計節，特別由高雄市政府與「The WALL這牆音樂藝文展演空間」共同策劃了一系列的音樂活動。The WALL於台灣獨立音樂文化領域長期耕耘，專業的軟、硬體空間經營，深受國內外表演藝人與觀眾的喜愛，成為台灣最具指標性的音樂聖地，同時也參與了由南到北大大小小音樂節的策劃執行。

我們將邀請多組活躍於獨立音樂圈中的樂隊前來參與，引進專業舞台音響技術人員、舞台硬體、燈光音響，用豐富而高品質的音樂活動，結合設計節的展覽作品，為高雄文化生態揭開活潑新生的一幕。

害羞踢蘋果
擁有管樂編制的樂團，曲風為ska punk，樂風熱鬧流暢，容易讓人隨著音樂手足搖擺，表演現場氣氛佳，曾發行三張ep專輯，在高雄擁有超高人氣。

甜梅號
甜梅號有的不只是音樂，所擁有，是象徵著對音樂永遠不會死的堅持與熱血。漫漫十年歲月幾近飄逝，擁有超長史詩般的氣魄，意圖在長篇之中找尋音樂演繹的真正解答，吉他堆疊出步步溫暖而動人的旋律，貝斯與鼓精準穩定的提供最厚實的背景，客串的長笛聲，彷若撰述著戀侶們所發生的，種種心碎而美好的回憶，結束的篇章則是充斥著情緒糾結的吟唱。

蚊子大象
以簡單強勁的吉他配合好聽的貝斯旋律，主唱呢喃般的演唱呼應著鼓清脆的節奏，音樂力求簡單且創新，從來不按牌理出牌，拼貼式的編曲讓聽眾總是無法預料歌曲走向，卻又總是能期待著隨之而來的音符。

回聲 (ECHO)
回聲樂團成立於清華大學迴聲社，音樂以新迷幻搖滾為基調，並融合浪漫派新詩文體。2002年以學生身分在水晶唱片發行首張專輯《感官駕馭》，獲得伍佰等數十位音樂及媒體人推薦，並在中國獲得華語流行樂傳媒大獎季選最佳新人。2007年用沉積五年的創作能量，以自由的追尋與內心的革命為命題，推出收錄24首歌曲的第二張專輯《巴士底之日》。並展開為期一年的一百場全台巡迴及「無所不在的回聲」演唱計畫。

橘娃娃
三女一男的組合，把玩著文藝青年的青春搖滾，卻沒有形而上的詞語，歌唱的僅是對青春的認知與無奈，你可以在他們的音樂中找到所曾經歷的一切，熱血也好，焦躁也罷，往往都只是青春附加的註解，讓人更為體會青春為何物。

阿飛西雅
「阿飛西雅」的吉他手吳逸駿，是個腦內思考與實踐行動快速的工作者，設立NOIZ Studio，錄製許多台灣的獨立樂團；也曾經與許多朋友創立「大聲誌」。吉他手小蘇，是個永遠不被時間空間打亂節奏，厲行無碳生活的搖滾DJ，兩人分別配進氣氛且對比不同的吉他旋律，在樂曲中互相協調，為阿飛西雅的音樂增添了細緻的層次且不失熟男幽默。貝斯手KK身兼小白兔唱片負責人，處處綻放的創意推動著小白兔唱片在台灣獨立音樂圈小土地紮根成長，在音樂中，也為阿飛西雅注入了一些古怪溫實。年紀較輕的活力鼓手Yonker，紮實穩定的功力和高度的自我要求，明快光亮不失穩重的節奏是他的特色，。

拷秋勤
Hip Hop是黑人青少年對不滿與挫折的街頭吟唱，那是根植於他們的真實生活。但是他們的節奏可以讓憤怒起舞，他們的詩歌可以讓不爽顫抖。而但到了台灣，Hip Hop只成為一種服裝與一種空洞的姿態。我們太少那樣詩意、那樣批判的社會Hip Hop-----直到拷秋勤和他們的同志張睿銓。
　　是的，在台灣蒼白太久的抗議歌曲地圖上，我們有了濁水溪的惡搞憤怒龐克，有了朱約信、交工（及生祥與好客）、黑手那卡西用民謠搖滾彈著吉他為勞動者與弱勢者而唱，現在終於在Hip Hop中聽到對土地的關懷，對進步價值的追尋，並且，可以同時讓你跟著歡樂起舞。

角落樂團
「角落樂團」團長大胖與團員君逸等人，經常提著吉他，在諸如城市光廊、愛河畔、美術館或者星光碼頭等地，只要氣氛對了，團員就開始彈唱自己譜詞作曲的歌，讓年輕的歌聲傳到城市的每個角落。

嘴哥
來自高雄的嘴哥樂團。成立於2006年底的他們都是大學生；主要成員是阿倫和菸囪，他們形容自己的曲風走向為流行/搖滾/龐克的風格。在2007年底；嘴哥發行了一張有五首歌的EP名為「學校生活」，之後便忙著寫新歌和做些自我宣傳的活動。
本身的音樂是從較有旋律的龐克曲風，到所謂的'emo punk'，也就是較情緒化的龐克音樂，再加上一點放克(就如嘴歌樂團的派對主題歌)。阿倫說道，〝有了美花的加入，我們現在的音樂已漸漸地有不同的改變，新作品將會更深沉一點，但在歌詞的創作上也會更加地有意義，因為我們想大聲的表達對社會的觀點和看法。〞

黃玠
黃玠說：「我想用我的音樂，改變這個世界。」你一定覺得他瘋了。
他曾是929樂團的創團Bass手，但他選擇暫時放下樂團，用自己的方式來表達他心中的情感。
他衷心以為充滿熱情就能感動全世界，所以他把所有的熱情都投入他的創作和吉他中，希望這個世界也能給予他同樣熱烈的回應。
他寫了很多感動自己的歌，他相信，這些歌曲一定也可以感動別人，如同他常說的，沒問題啦！
這就是黃玠。

巴奈
同樣是來自台東的原住民歌手，如果說；陳建年、紀曉君的音樂貼近自然，歌詠風、海洋、山林、色彩晴朗；Panai的歌則顯得色調濃重而沈鬱，勾勒著她流浪各地的足跡。聆聽Panai，首先引人注意的是；嗓音中的飽滿情緒，溢出了原本歌詞與旋律的意境，超越了語言、族群、身分，她展露了一種人類共通情感中的寂寞與悲情，一個不小心，聽者就會在她傾瀉而出的情緒中，慘遭滅頂。

薄荷葉小倩
直爽中帶有深沉複雜的婉約意境，歌詞內充滿了對現實的矛盾與不安，探討人類與本身、他人、社會及上帝的各層面問題。聲音的表現有時清脆甜美，有時聲嘶力竭。薄荷葉相信，創作是私密的，但也可以藉由現場表演傳遞出我們對世界的關心。

志寧 (929)
現在的青年，憤怒的多，關懷得少，文藝的多，文化卻少。929不是這樣。
從第一張專輯裡我們就聽見了，尋求安身立命答案的“渺小“，描寫八掌溪事件的“下游的老人“，以及晦澀中仍充滿希望的“飛翔“。他們不只關懷社會發生的各種事件，更關注發生在自身的變化無常。
2008 年， 929要發行第二張專輯了。
曾是創始團員的黃玠，在發行個人首張專輯“綠色的日子“後，再次投入9 29 。加上樂團“絲襪小姐“的主唱小龜， 929 的編制更趨完整。新專輯請到全才創歌手黃小楨擔綱錄音製作，且讓我們期待，這個全新的 929 樂團，將會帶給我們怎樣全心的風貌與震撼。

乾脆直接,火力全開,仿若往人的心臟來一記正中直球...早期的酸性神、恐龍無罪、Bird's Hunting...描寫著人性黑暗的悲歌...中期的百憂解、迴旋、Fly away...沉浸在無限憂鬱的情緒...近期的殘廢、Fight、沉默森林、厭食症....散發著無可奈何的燥鬱...KoOk一直被歸類於Grunge曲風的樂團....

SilverBus
熊寶貝吉他手 foo、日本 Tonic 樂團 bass 手 iida，Madflow 鼓手文碩 (前拾參鼓手)，以電、木吉他，貝斯和鼓為基調，搭上 foo 溫暖而踏實的歌聲與和聲直接而深刻，誠實而感動組成了SilverBus。先前在 All Become F 的acoustic演出感動許多人，自今年九月起加入鼓手文碩之後，正式以 SilverBus 重新再出發。

張睿銓
在金曲歌王阿弟仔的《平衡》專輯當中參與大量的填詞與演唱，同時是位現任的大學英文系教授，而這兩者看似十分衝突的身份，反而讓他的作品充滿著人文、人權與人性並重，抽象與寫實兼具的創作理念。是台灣難得有思維的嘻哈詩人

我在哪裡MV

風籟坊
團齡快兩年，成員只有三個人，打算玩個三十年。聽說喜歡民謠搖滾的吉他手Chris、鼓手泰元熱愛工業噪音、貝斯手戴子很久沒有玩團，在搖滾人力仲介橙草樂團主腦克拉克的介紹下，湊在一起組成了風籟坊。聽覺上帶來的不會是沉甸甸的矯情包袱，可能初聽會覺得略嫌平淡無味（才怪），總是編不出多於四個和絃的歌、超過五分鐘的長度；所謂花俏的技巧也不存在，生活中的小插曲隨手捻來俯拾即是成了創作的重心，簡單的三人編制積極點滴拼湊出屬於二十代後半與現實衝撞笑中帶淚的自然美。大概就像是一個常常散步亂晃的人，愛在路上自己哼哼唱唱，碰到兩個差不多的人也躲在安全帽裡面唱歌，於是結伴一起走，走了很遠…。

如同他們所在的多雨城市，音樂裡擁有磅礡淋漓的節奏以及疏離的空氣質感。快速崛起最受矚目新世代樂團，廣獲各大音樂祭邀請演出，

擁有超過20年的資歷，創新的設計曾為Acer、BenQ、KYMCO、GIANT、Foxconn、Square Enix等許多國際知名品牌成功行銷世界各地。在2010年上海世界博覽會國際競圖中，YING FOOK LIN 邢福麟執行長所率領的國際性設計團隊在國際競圖中打敗來自世界各地頂尖團隊，相繼拿下多項上海世博資格項目，成績令國際設計界驚艷。

高雄品牌 VS. 東京品牌

空間是品牌最生動的表情！空間是品牌價值最有效的溝通符號！

說起東京台場，相信很多人都不陌生，到過東京台場的朋友，都會對其豐富而有層次與開闊人性化的空間設計印象深刻。今日的台場已經成為年輕人與觀光客絡繹不絕前往 "朝聖" 的都會休閒（urban resort）勝地，成功地將東京城市品牌再一次行銷國際。

日本UDA建築設計國際公司，東京台場空間景觀規劃設計團隊，這回將以其嚴謹而細膩的獨到見解，以打造東京台場的寶貴經驗，在同樣是港灣汐地、同樣是國際都市的高雄，以港灣空間與城市品牌為題材，與國內設計師進行一場精彩對話~~高雄品牌 VS. 東京品牌 !

Rather than discourse, the show is experiential and immersive. By encouraging participation in the various exhibits, the design process is demystified and allows the visitor to clearly see his own role in the design chain and enabling and empowering him to make better choices for design
•Such as approach becomes engaging for the man-in-the-street and widens the reach of the Kaohsiung Design Festival to include almost everyone

Jackson Tan is co-founder of Black Design an award winning visual communications agency based in Singapore. Curator of Singapore Design Festival 2007's feature exhibition 'UtterRubbish', a design exhibition a collection of more than 30 international and local designers / presentations. Overarching themes includes sustainable design and eco-design, design activism, promotion of craft and how design can create value for self, society and the world for a sustainable future. In 2008, Black design also curated 'New Wave: Singapore's contemporary Design Culture', which exhibited at the Center for Creative Communications; Shizuoka, Japan. The same exhibition will be showing at 6th Taiwan Design Expo in October 2009.

Jackson Tan is also a partner of Phunk Studio, a creative collective in Singapore. Described by UK's best selling design magazine, Creative Review as "The Champion of Singapore's Graphic Scene". Computer Arts magazine wrote that "The rise of :phunk has been so meteoric that the entire Singaporean design scene has grown exponentially with it" and described by Icon magazine as "Singapore's most important design collective". Phunk Studio is also well known and appreciated in Taiwan; they have participated in conferences and exhibitions here frequently. Including the 'Universality' exhibition at Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei in 2007, as well as collaborations with Taipei's Phalanx Creative to produce designer toys.

1. Portable LOFT
Launching the latest edition of Utterubbish: UseLess Life, designs for a sustainable lifestyle, the multi-disciplinary exhibition brings you around 20 internationally acclaimed designers and studios, presenting 100 design ideas at this year's KDF!

2. Portable MARKET + MUSIC
Applying Taiwan's unique 'night market' spirit, we have invited 14 independent designer labels from Taiwan, to be exhibiting and vending at KDF09'. Experience the energy of Taiwan's creativity in the original Taiwanese style!

3. Portable FUTURE
Young, fresh, not afraid to speak up, we look forward to this year's student show at Kaohsiung. More than 30 design schools from southern Taiwan are participating this annual event, bringing you the best of southern Taiwan's new generation.

4. Portable GALLERY
In many ways, the city itself is the best gallery space. Whether you are at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, the High Speed Rail Zuoying Station, metro stations around Kaohsiung, or a café at the Hsin-Chueh-Chian shopping area, you can see a diverse range of local designer and artists integrating their work with the urban environment. Along with the Andy Warhol world exhibition and Barbie's 50th anniversary show, these projects are taking the essence of the festival into the streets of Kaohsiung.

5. Portable TALK
Abandoning the boundaries of design, this year's speakers from multiple disciplines are here to talk about trend, creativity and whatever that ticks your inspiration! All are welcome to join in the conversation!

6. Portable CONTAINER
Shipping containers are no strangers to the port city Kaohsiung. Transforming empty containers into gallery spaces, we invited 'design friendly' brands such as Fossil, Gamania, C.I. World and many more to exhibit their newest products at KDF09'.

KDF09' has incorporated music as a special element in the festival this year. Following the concept of PORTABLE (heavy to light), independent bands are invited to perform and bring the audience a brand new experience at Pier-2 Art District. Music genres varies from Urban Folk, Trip Hop, Post Rock, Street Rock to Punk Rock. Uniting Taiwan's most progressive musicians such as Tizzy bac, 929, Fire ex, Orangegrass, Nylas and STAYCOOL, two weeks of non-stop great music and vibes, what are you waiting for?!

If multi-million dollar productions stand for the heavyweights in the music industry, then non-commercial independent musicians have to represent the lightest and purest of them all.
Prepared to be awed by the energy these guys are about to make!

DAT aims to connect designers in Taiwan with its national organizations, corporations, and government, so far it has worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Council for Cultural Affairs, the External Trade Development Council, the Productivity Center, Eslite bookstore, Gamania, Gjun, Adobe, EPSON, HP, the Digital Content Insititute, the National Culture and Arts Foundation, the National Science and Technology Museum, Kaohsiung City Government, Tainan City Government and institutions across Taiwan. DAT also aims to put Taiwanese design onto the international platform by participating and organizing international events. For example, its involvment with M&G 36 nations poster expo; its partnership with Webby Awards, the Oscar of web design; and it is proud to be the only Taiwanese group to be invited to the Singapore Design Festival 2007. 新加坡設計工作室 Black Design 的共同創辦人。 Black Design 於 2007 年擔任新加坡設計週主題展「Utterubbish」策展人，邀集三十多組國際知名設計團體就「永續設計」主題共同展覽。 2008 年策劃「New Wave：新加坡當代設計文化」展，於日本靜岡媒體創意中心展出，10 月同名展覽於第六屆台灣設計博覽會的新銳設計夢想館。

Pier-2 Art District
Run by the Bureau of Cultural Affairs of Kaohsiung, Pier-2 Art District act as a platform for experimental art and design in southern Taiwan. While the pier itself holds historical value to the city, by reviving the abandoned warehouse area into an art space, it intensified its cultural values, created a kind of aesthetics and energy that is 'site-specific' and becomes the new cultural landmark in the southern Taiwan.

Starting from Pier-2 Art District as the main venue for KDF09', the festival expands itself to different corners of Kaohsiung; Fine Arts Museum, art galleries, shopping centers, cafés, high speed rail stations and many more, design is literally everywhere!

Color schema concept:

The KDF 2009 color scheme evolves around the “port” idealogy. A gateway,

Following the theme 'PORTABLE', there are 7 main components that make up this year's Kaoshiung Design Festival, from 1st of May to the 10th of May 2009.

1. Portable LOFT
Launching the latest edition of Utterubbish: UseLess Life, designs for a sustainable lifestyle, the multi-disciplinary exhibition brings you around 20 internationally acclaimed designers and studios, presenting 100 design ideas at this year's KDF!

2. Portable MARKET + MUSIC
Applying Taiwan's unique 'night market' spirit, we have carefully selected more than 50 original Taiwanese brands and products, to be exhibiting and vending at KDF09'. Together with local indie bands with a bit of a design twist, the market is about to rock the Design Festival of Kaoshiung!

3. Portable FUTURE
Young, fresh, not afraid to speak up, we look forward to this year's student show at Kaoshiung. More than 30 design schools from southern Taiwan are participating this annual event, bringing you the best of southern Taiwan's new generation.

4. Portable CONTAINER
Shipping containers are no strangers to the port city Kaoshiung. Transforming empty containers into gallery spaces, we invited 'design friendly' brands such as Fossil, Gamania, C.I. World and many more to exhibit their newest products at KDF09'.

5. Portable EXCHANGE
'Connecting Ideas' as its main objective, The Design Association of Taiwan aims to promote and encourage exchange of ideas between Taiwan and the international design scene. This year, 50 prominent designers from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Macao, Singapore and Malaysia pay their tribute to Han character in the exhibition 'Han Shan' (t-shirt) ; also 15 international designers are participating in the Man+God visual art exhibition; furthermore, represented Taiwan in the Singapore Design Festival 2007, Character Design Taiwan will also be exhibited at this year's Kaoshiung Design Festival.

6. Portable GALLERY
In many ways, the city itself is the best gallery space. Whether you are at the Kaoshiung Museum of Fine Arts, the High Speed Rail Zuoying Station, metro stations around Kaoshiung, or a café at the Hsin-Chueh-Chian shopping area, you can see a diverse range of local designer and artists integrating their work with the urban environment. Along with the Andy Warhol world exhibtion and Barbie's 50th anniversary show, these projects are taking the essence of the festival into the streets of Kaoushiung.

7. Portable TALK
Abandoning the boundaries of design, this year's speakers from multiple disciplines are here to talk about trend, creativity and whatever that ticks your inspiration! All are welcome to join in the conversation!

Kaohsiung, new design, we're back again!

Port city, from heavy industrial to portable.
There is a design festival full of life and creativity about to kick off at the 'Port City' of Taiwan. Carrying on the theme of KDF08: LOVE, DAT (Designer Association of Taiwan) and the Kaohsiung City Government are working hand in hand this year, applying the concept of 'PORTABLE' to spread the vitality of creativity with each of the participants. Starting with the foundation of KDF, emerging in the local cultural and architecture of Kaohsiung, we can't help but acknowledge the fact that it is a city undergoing change. Following the steadfast character of blue collars, Kaohsiung is transforming itself from a heavy industrial port into a world class cultural center.

Continuous evolution of design
Now is the time for innovation. While in Germany, there's DESIGNMAI; In London, there's The London Design Festival, the local talents in Taiwan are ready to step up to the game too. Now we can proudly shout out: Taiwan has KDF! KDF09' PORTABLE is not only suggesting that design/creativity is integrated in our everyday lives, we'd also like to emphasize its 'portability', able to be taken,moved and accessed by anyone, anytime. 高雄駁二藝術特區戶外廣場設計節的發起主要是基於希望能將城市美學推廣，擴大城市原有的創意聲音，並加添新的設計想法，讓城市具有高度的共聚效應，深層的人文底蘊加上豐富的文化活動，才是一個城市值得驕傲的本質，故規劃「2009高雄設計節-城市藝廊」，希望讓大眾善用五感經驗，以整個城市為背景，把高雄市當作主要一個大型的展演場所，去體會設計為生活所帶來的感動及邀請國內創作者共同創作，一同豐富城市的靈魂。

城市藝廊只是把原本就存在於每一個人生活中的樂趣和夢想，經由這些設計團隊的天馬行空和座落在城市中每個角落的店家，共同策辦結合，讓這城市更加光亮，更加深對所有人對於設計的體悟和了解，和對於自己居住的土地更有認同感和規屬感。

高雄港為世界前十大貨櫃港，沿著港區海岸線，各種貨櫃儲存處理廠中的貨櫃堆疊如山，數萬噸的貨輪以吊桿將貨櫃吊得比天還高，用心細細品味，所見的何嘗不是一個相當優異的創作載具，沒想到原是國際海港城市裡的經濟命脈－貨櫃，竟也能成為品牌與藝術家創作表演的道具。

高雄駁二藝術特區

駁二藝術特區由高雄市文化局經營，是南方高雄發展實驗創作與設計藝術的動脈區塊，隨著都市港區空間解放政策與文化觀光路徑的延伸，對於社群生活與高雄河港山城的城市意象營造，將是一把啟動南方藝文與新世代創造的鑰匙，不僅在過往的歷史時間上將高雄的產業景觀化約成一種空間上的認同美感，更由於都市產業結構的改變，相關的文化資產的閒置窘境，駁二藝術特區的串連將不僅止於是人文歷史文化的延續，更是一種藝術創作性的積極作法，藉由藝術創作與新世代的創作實驗傳達藝術介入的再生精神，更能對應社會的潮流，成為南方藝術的表徵場所。

KDF09'以駁二藝術特區為主展據點，延伸至高雄市的其他角落、美術館、藝廊、商場、咖啡廳、高捷站等，讓設計渲染高雄城市，美學隨手可得！

DAT定位為能凝聚台灣設計力量與國際接軌的設計師交流平台，對內不僅跟外交部、文建會、經濟部、外貿協會、生產力中心、誠品書店、遊戲橘子、巨匠電腦、Adobe、EPSON、HP、數位內容學院、國家文化藝術基金會、國立科學工藝博物

館、高雄市政府、台南市政府、各大專院校、各相關社團...等不計其數的官產學研等單位合作過；對外更引進許多國際活動，例如M&G 36國海報展、成為Webby Awards網路界奧斯卡獎的台灣大使、2007年

更是台灣唯一受邀參與新加坡設計節的台灣設計團體、舉辦國際級的WORKSHOP、演講與研討會，就是希望可以搭建一個平台，讓台灣設計與產業不至於在國際競合的關係中缺席。 DAT不僅為國內最專業的設計師社團（專業會員約3百名，網路社群成員約4萬名），長期舉辦各項重要設計競賽、講座、工作坊、大型展覽，是台灣最具代表性的國際性設計團體之一。

DAT期許自己由愛與關懷出發，從愛這塊土地，更在將來透過關懷生命、關懷社會、關懷地球的角度，由設計的專業角色，從推動台灣設計與台灣設計師走出國際，讓台灣企業可以邁向美學經濟體，亦從世界公民角色，關懷人權與地球生態，這也將成為之後發展的主軸，也歡迎認同此一價值的企業，來共襄盛舉，也讓參與的夥伴們共同為這塊土地、為這個世界盡一份心力。
